Returns and refunds

Return & Refund Policy

In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date the product is received, without providing a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the Seller in writing within the 14-day period. Returned products must be sent back within 14 days from the date of notification.

Conditions for Returns

1. Products must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, unwashed, and without signs of damage.
   
2. As the products are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, any alteration, wear, or damage may result in refusal of the return.
3. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
   

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date the Seller is informed of the withdrawal.

The Seller may postpone the refund until the returned product is received or until proof of return is provided.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions
According to the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are: Custom-made or clearly personalized according to the customer’s specifications.
