Description of the Activity


GRIGORESCU I DIANA PFA (Sole Proprietorship -Authorised Person) (hereinafter referred to as the “Sole Proprietorship”) has the following registration details: Unique Identification Code (UIC): 52277056, Trade Register Number: F2025028435001.

The entity represented by GRIGORESCU I DIANA Sole Proprietorship, hereinafter referred to as G’ archive, proposes a multidisciplinary approach to fashion and garment design through art and design products marketed via the website garchiveshop.bigcartel.com.
The objects are designed and produced in Romania by a single individual, in a small workshop, primarily using recovered materials or materials purchased from second-hand stores. As a result, the products are manufactured in limited quantities or as one-of-a-kind items, combining diverse aesthetics with a functional and practical character.
Therefore, the store format encourages reduced production, limited to five (5) products uploaded monthly to the website, which are also available only for the duration of one month. Each month, the website’s stock is renewed.
All products uploaded to the website constitute the intellectual property of GRIGORESCU I DIANA Sole Proprietorship, except in cases where otherwise expressly stated, having passed through a series of filters specific to the creative process, which is also based on referentiality.

TERMS
“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more elements specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural,

“Processing” means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction (Article 4(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR).
Seller – GRIGORESCU I DIANA Sole Proprietorship
Buyer—any natural or legal person or any legal entity wishing to purchase art and design products by concluding a contract with the Seller.
Client—any natural or legal person who has or obtains access to the store by any means of communication made available by the g’archive online store, represented by GRIGORESCU I DIANA Sole Proprietorship.

Interested Party – any natural or legal person interested in the services offered by the store represented by GRIGORESCU I DIANA Sole Proprietorship and who may request an offer.
Site – the services provided through the web address: garchiveshop.bigcartel.com
Order – an electronic document acting as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, through which the Buyer transmits to the Seller, via the Site, their intention to purchase goods.

Goods – any product listed on the website, including products mentioned in the Order, to be supplied by the Seller to the Buyer.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. USE OF THE WEBSITE
By using the Website, you agree to:
-Not place fraudulent requests or orders. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that such actions have occurred, we reserve the right not to process them and to notify the competent authorities.
-Provide accurate and complete information, such as name, email address, and any other data required in the “Send message” section. Failure to provide this information may prevent us from responding or processing orders.

-Declare that you comply with the law and that you have the legal capacity to enter into legal acts involving the obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.

2. ACCESS
Access to the website is simplified. On the main page (“Homepage”), users have access to the five (5) products available for the month in which the website is accessed. By selecting each product, relevant information is made available.
On the “Contact” page, users may leave a message regarding any questions, requests, or orders related to the products offered.

3. PRODUCT PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Products may be purchased by adding them to the “Cart” and completing the “Checkout” procedure, during which payment method preferences, delivery type, and personal delivery and billing details will be selected and provided.


4. PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD
Product prices displayed on the website are denominated in Euro (€); however, payment may be processed in other currencies by conversion at the applicable exchange rate of the selected payment method.

Payment may be made through third-party providers such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, or via Visa, Mastercard, or other credit/debit cards.


5. INVOICING
Invoicing is issued within one (1) day from the date of product purchase and is communicated to the Buyer via email.

6. PRODUCT RETURNS
Products may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Returned products must be in the same condition as received. Any discrepancy regarding the received product must be documented with photographs and communicated via email to [email protected]


7. ORDER WITHDRAWAL
In the event of order withdrawal, the same rules applicable to product returns shall apply.


8. CONFIDENTIALITY
GRIGORESCU I DIANA Sole Proprietorship is responsible for the protection of your personal data and undertakes to keep it confidential. The information you provide—such as name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery address, or company details, where applicable—will be protected through appropriate technical and organizational measures.
Personal data will be used solely for the purposes specified in this agreement and will not be used for other purposes without your consent.
Data processing is carried out for the following purposes:
Order processing—registration and confirmation of orders;

Invoicing and payments—issuing invoices and verifying payments;
Delivery – transmitting necessary information to courier services to ensure correct shipment of orders.
